In light of the new situations of epidemic prevention and control, on the basis of Announcement No.17 and No.18, we hereby make the following additional announcements to ensure the safety and health of the general public:

1.Gathering events shall be subject to strict control. Wedding plans shall be postponed, funeral arrangements simplified, and banquets cut. Banquets that do need to be held are required to be in minimum scale, with COVID-19 response plans in place if over 5 tables are booked. Moreover, hotels or inns where such events are held are required to submit applications to both local town or sub-district office and competent authorities, and are strictly prohibited from undertaking such events without application and approval. Family gatherings are urged to be limited within 10 people.

2.Temple fairs and large-scale performances and cultural activities shall be under strict control. The scale of the rural market fairs shall be substantially downsized.

3.The travel restrictions shall be put in place that cut non-essential travel plans to places outside Jinhua city. The local travel agencies shall suspend their services that provide inter-provincial sight-seeing arrangements.

4.Assisted-living facilities, welfare homes and mental institutions shall be subject to enclosed management, and the access of visitors shall be strictly limited.
