To further tighten epidemic control and strengthen regular epidemic control measures, society-wide prevention and control efforts shall be carried out and the public shall be made more aware of the fact that individuals shall be held first responsible for their own health. Hereby, we make the following announcement.
1. All residents shall observe good personal hygiene. Wear Masks. Wash hands frequently. Keep good ventilation. Keep one-meter away in line. Use serving chopsticks. Avoid gatherings. Keep social distancing. Wash hands immediately after entering public places like elevators, toilets or using public goods to avoid cross-infection.
2. Residents shall follow closely the updates of info regarding medium- and high-risk areas. Travel arrangements should be adjusted to avoid medium - and high-risk areas, and cut unessential trips to the districts or cities where hotspots are located. Postpone travel and vacation plans outside of Zhejiang province. All government departments and state-owned enterprises shall adopt strict approval procedures regarding business and private trips. Those who do need to leave the province must take all-out precautions to minimize the risk of infection and transmission. Residents can follow "健康中国Health China", "健康义乌Health Yiwu", "义乌疾控Yiwu Disease Control" and other WeChat official accounts to know the latest epidemic map of medium- and high-risk areas, epidemic prevention and control knowledge.
3. Residents who traveled to or lived in medium- and high-risk areas over the past 14 days must report to the employer and relevant community(village) committee within 2 hours of arrival in Yiwu, and cooperate with the staff to register health status, travel history, coronavirus case contact history.
4. Residents shall reduce outdoor activities, cut unnecessary visits, keep away from gatherings and crowds. Following the measures issued by the provincial epidemic prevention and control office, the city temporarily closed indoor recreational venues, including chess and card rooms, mahjong rooms, board games rooms and indoor performances will be temporarily suspended. The number of tourists received in the scenic spot shall not exceed 75% of the maximum carrying capacity. The number of consumers received by cinemas, entertainment places, Internet cafes, libraries, art galleries and museums shall not exceed 75% of the approved number. The number of people participating in activities in religious venues shall not exceed 60% of the approved capacity. Please understand, support and cooperate with relevant authorities. Do remember to observe social distancing while engaging in outdoor activities.
5. Residents shall wear masks in a strict manner and show the health codes (with vaccination mark) in advance when taking taxis, buses, ride-hailing services, and other public vehicles or entering major markets, shopping malls, supermarkets, and other crowded places. Please follow the instructions to take temperature measurement and show health code (with vaccination mark) and travel-history code for inspection when checking in hotels, entering hospitals, and other key places.
6. We urge all residents to take the initiative to get the COVID-19 vaccine at the vaccination sites. Residents who have symptoms like fever, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, dry cough, fatigue, loss of smell (taste), diarrhea, muscle pain, conjunctivitis, shall promptly go to the medical institutions with fever clinic, report 14-day travel history and contact history. Wear a mask on the trip to the hospital and avoid taking public transport.
7. All residents shall consciously abide by the regulations issued by the State, the provincial and the municipal government. Do not believe or spread rumors. Personnel involved in fabricating or spreading false epidemic-related information and alerts which disrupts social order shall bear legal penalties in accordance with the laws and regulations.

The first step is to fill in your mobile phone number and verification code, then agree to authorize, click the inquiry button and then you can check the countries or regions you traveled or arrived over the past 14 days.
